TACHKA Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TACHKA app, website, and related services, operated by Росляков Анатолий Николаевич (Roslyakov Anatoliy Nikolaevich).
By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What TACHKA Is and Is Not
TACHKA is a software product / MVP template experience for accounts and in-app features shipped with this starter kit.
TACHKA is not (unless your customized product is separately licensed and disclosed as such):
- a bank or deposit institution;
- a payment processor or money transmitter;
- a lender or credit broker;
- an investment/trading platform;
- a tax, legal, accounting, or financial advisor.
Users are solely responsible for decisions they make using the product.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must:
- be at least 18 or legal majority;
- be able to enter a binding agreement;
- not be prohibited by law from using the service.
Users are responsible for account credentials and activity.
3. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded/entered content.
Users grant a limited license to host/store/process content solely to operate and improve the service.

Deletion requests can be submitted in app or via s.tachka@yandex.ru.
Retention may continue where required for security, backups, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the service for illegal/fraudulent purposes;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- disrupt or overload systems;
- reverse engineer except where law permits;
- upload malicious code or misuse automation;
- misrepresent TACHKA as a regulated financial institution or other regulated service it is not.
6. Fees and Payments

If paid features exist, terms must be updated accordingly.
7. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party hosting/auth/analytics/crash/support providers.
Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Except user content, service IP belongs to the developer or licensors.
No copying/modifying/distributing beyond what is allowed by law and these Terms.
9. App Store Terms
If distributed via app stores, users must comply with platform policies.

10. Disclaimers
Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect/consequential damages are excluded.
Total liability cap: в пределах суммы, уплаченной пользователем за сервис за последние 12 месяцев, либо минимальной суммы, предусмотренной применимым законодательством.
12. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, users indemnify the developer for losses arising from misuse, breach, or illegal activity.
13. Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, security/legal risk, or infeasibility of operation.
14. Governing Law and Disputes

Courts/jurisdiction: суды Российской Федерации по месту нахождения оператора
Local mandatory consumer protection rules still apply.
15. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated with notice where required by law.
Continued use after effective date means acceptance.
