Delete your TACHKA account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data either in the app or without app access.

Delete in the app

Open Profile → Edit profile.
In the danger zone, choose Delete account.
Review and confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email s.tachka@yandex.ru from the address linked to your account. Include “TACHKA account deletion” in the subject. We may request limited information to verify ownership.

What is deleted

The active account and linked vehicles, expenses, memory facts, chats, usage counters, and settings are deleted. In-app deletion starts when the confirmed request succeeds; verified email requests target completion within 30 days. Security records required for fraud prevention or legal claims may be retained, and backups, if enabled, expire through normal rotation within 90 days.
