TACHKA Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TACHKA mobile application and related services, operated by Росляков Анатолий Николаевич (Roslyakov Anatoliy Nikolaevich).
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://support.tachka.site/privacy.html.
1. What TACHKA Is and Is Not
TACHKA is a vehicle expense tracker and AI assistant. It lets you:
- add and manage vehicles;
- record expenses manually or from receipt scans;
- view in-app expense statistics and charts;
- chat with an AI consultant about your vehicle;
- store structured "memory" facts about each car.
TACHKA is not:
- a bank or deposit institution;
- a payment processor or money transmitter;
- a lender or credit broker;
- an investment or trading platform;
- a certified mechanic, insurer, tax advisor, or financial advisor;
- a substitute for professional inspection, repair, or legal advice.
AI answers and OCR results are automated and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying amounts, dates, categories, and any decisions you make based on the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
TACHKA is recommended for users aged 16 and older because its target audience is current and prospective drivers and car owners, not because the service contains adult-only or otherwise harmful content. If you are 16 or 17 and applicable law does not allow you to accept these Terms independently, you may use the service only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You must not be prohibited by law from using the service.
You can create or access an account with email credentials or Telegram where available. Email registration requires an email address, first name, last name, and password; Telegram authentication uses signed account data supplied by Telegram. You are responsible for keeping credentials and devices secure and for activity under your account.
Access is authenticated with time-limited tokens. You should log out or remove the app from devices you no longer control.
3. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you enter or upload, including vehicle profiles, expenses, memory facts, chat messages, and receipt photos.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the features you request — including sending relevant text to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not permit us to use your content to train a TACHKA-owned model.
Receipt images are processed to extract text and expense fields. Original photos are not stored in our database after processing.
4. AI Chat, OCR, and Voice Features
4.1 AI chat
The AI assistant uses your vehicle data, memory facts, recent chat context, and current question to generate replies. Suggested memory updates or expenses require your confirmation before they are saved.
4.2 Receipt OCR
When you scan a receipt, the image is processed on our servers. Recognized text may be sent to an AI provider to suggest expense fields. Review all suggested values before saving.
4.3 Voice input
Voice is converted to text by speech services provided through your device operating system. Depending on your device settings and provider, audio processing may occur on-device or on provider infrastructure. TACHKA receives the recognized text, not the raw audio recording.
4.4 Usage limits (Unlimited mode)
TACHKA is provided in Unlimited mode: all core features are available without a paid subscription. Fair-use limits apply to AI-heavy features:
- up to 100 AI chat requests per day;
- up to 5 receipt scans per day.
Limits reset daily and are enforced automatically. Actual values may vary and can be adjusted on the server for stability, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. Current limits are shown in the app where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service illegally, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or reverse engineer it (except where law permits), upload malware, bypass limits, infringe others' rights, misrepresent TACHKA as a regulated advisory service, or rely on AI output without independent verification.
7. Fees and Unlimited Mode
TACHKA is currently provided free of charge in Unlimited mode. There are no subscription plans or in-app purchases at this time.
All core features are available within fair-use limits described in section 4.4 (currently up to 100 AI requests and 5 receipt scans per day). These limits may vary without changing the free nature of the service.

9. Offline Use and Data Sync
The app may cache vehicles, memory facts, and chat locally for offline viewing. Creating or updating data while offline may be queued or unavailable depending on the feature.
10. Intellectual Property
Except for your content, the service, branding, software, and documentation belong to the operator or licensors.
11. App Store Terms
If you download TACHKA from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also comply with the applicable store terms.

12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate AI or OCR output, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI/OCR output.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months or the minimum liability required by applicable law, whichever provides you greater mandatory protection. Because the service is currently free, this clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security or legal risk, or abuse of AI/OCR limits.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Russian Federation at the operator's location, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another law, forum, or remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights, privacy rights, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
